No matter what your level of experience, from complete novice to seasoned hunter, we can provided hunting opportunities in various locations across Great Britain, covering areas such as Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean, Somerset and East Anglia.
All of our areas are managed as part of a comprehensive deer management strategy, specifically designed to suit the requirements of each hunting area. Some areas are managed purely to control numbers, other areas are selectively managed to regulate deer numbers, but at the same time maintaining quality trophies up to CIC Gold Medal
The stalking is accompanied and can be taken either, on foot or from high seats. Equipment, including suitable rifles and ammunition are available to hire, but can only be used in accordance with British firearms legislation.

Muntjac
Outside of it's native Asia, Great Britain, is one of a few countries where Reeves Muntjac can be hunted.
A male Muntjac is known as a "Buck" and a female Muntjac is called a "Doe"
Open Seasons England, Wales and Scotland
Muntjac are classed as an invasive species and have NO CLOSE SEASON. It is recommended that when shooting does, only heavily pregnant does are taken, so as to avoid orphaning any dependant fawns.

Scotland
Even though Muntjac are rapidly spreading across Great Britain and sightings have been reported in the Scottish borders, officially Muntjac are not yet recognised as being resident in Scotland
Chinese Water Deer
Chinese Water Deer (CWD) have the smallest range of all wild deer in Great Britain. As with Muntjac, the CWD population in Great Britain originated from escapees from Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire. CWD do not grow antlers, but males grow tusks.

Because both sexes look so similar and can be hard to differentiate in the field, both sexes follow the same season.

Estate Rifles
If you would like to book a days stalking and are not a "prohibited person", do not have your own Firearms Certificate, deer legal rifle or are a foreign guest. Section 16 of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988, makes provisions for suitable rifles to be borrowed (or hired) from the owner or occupier of land.
There are legal conditions which apply to the use of an "estate rifle".
1) Only persons aged 17 or over may borrow a rifle.
2) The occupier of land or employee must be present at all times.
3) If accompanied by an employee of the owner / occupier, the employee must hold a Firearms certificate with appropriate conditions for the use of the rifle and ammunition.
4) Any unused ammunition must remain with the owner / occupier or employee.
Anyone who wishes to use an "estate rifle" will be required to provide proof of identity and sign a declaration that they are not prohibited by law from using or being in contact with firearms.
What constitutes a ‘prohibited person’ in terms of possessing firearms?
Persons who are sentenced to a term of imprisonment of three years or more are never allowed to possess firearms or ammunition, and persons who are sentenced to a term of imprisonment for three months or more but less than three years must not possess them until five years have passed since the date of release.
The prohibition extends to all air weapons, air gun pellets and shot gun ammunition.
Prices
Prices vary between hunting areas and are dependant on the species and quality of deer you wish to hunt. Trophy and Cull package prices are available by request.
